WooCommerce to Bitrix24 Order Integration
A custom WooCommerce integration that creates structured Bitrix24 leads with customer and order data.
Challenge
New WooCommerce orders had to be transferred to Bitrix24 manually. Customer details and purchased items were separated across systems, slowing follow-up and increasing the risk of incomplete lead records.
Solution
We connected WooCommerce order events to Bitrix24 so each qualifying order automatically creates a CRM lead containing the customer’s name, phone number and order line items.
Technical Approach
A server-side handler listens for the appropriate WooCommerce order event, validates the order, formats customer and product data and sends a request to the Bitrix24 crm.lead.add endpoint. The payload is assembled from WooCommerce order objects rather than browser input.
Validation
We tested single-item and multi-item orders, missing optional fields, phone formatting, duplicate event execution and unsuccessful API responses. Lead records were compared against the source WooCommerce orders to verify data completeness.
Results
Sales staff receive structured order leads without copying information between systems. Customer contact data and purchased items arrive together, reducing manual handoff steps and making each enquiry easier to process.
