Ormatek Kazakhstan: Localized WooCommerce Store
A localized WooCommerce store for the Kazakhstan branch of a major sleep-products retailer, built around regional payments, mobile shopping, and structured product selection.
Challenge
The Kazakhstan branch needed to preserve strict global brand standards while adapting the shopping experience to local buying behavior. Customers required familiar payment options, installment methods, and practical filtering for a product catalog with many size, firmness, and material combinations.
Solution
We delivered a branded WooCommerce storefront with mattress filters, Kaspi QR and local installment payment flows, and a mobile-first cart and checkout. The product architecture helps shoppers narrow a technical catalog without depending on a sales representative.
Technical Approach
The implementation combined a custom WordPress and WooCommerce theme, structured product attributes, asynchronous filters, localized payment integrations, and responsive checkout optimization. Brand components were translated into reusable templates that remained manageable inside WordPress.
Validation
We validated filter combinations, product variations, payment scenarios, cart persistence, responsive layouts, and the complete mobile purchase path. Launch checks covered analytics, transactional emails, indexing, and production caching.
Results
The localized store launched in three and a half weeks with the brand system intact, regional payment methods available, and a smoother mobile purchasing flow for customers in Kazakhstan.
