Contact Form 7 Lead Routing to Bitrix24
Routing leads from separate Contact Form 7 forms into the correct Bitrix24 workflows.
Challenge
The website used multiple enquiry forms for different services, but submissions needed to reach different responsible employees in Bitrix24. A single generic destination would create extra triage work and slower responses.
Solution
We built form-aware routing that identifies the submitted Contact Form 7 form and sends the lead through the matching Bitrix24 webhook with the correct source context and responsible workflow.
Technical Approach
The integration hooks into the Contact Form 7 submission lifecycle, reads the form identifier, sanitizes mapped fields and builds the CRM payload. Routing rules keep service enquiries separated while sharing a common integration structure.
Validation
Each form was submitted with valid, missing and malformed field values. We verified the destination workflow, responsible routing, customer name, phone number and source page data for every configured form.
Results
Leads are routed according to the service requested instead of entering one undifferentiated queue. The team receives cleaner CRM records and avoids manually forwarding enquiries between employees.
