Questions about this service

Can you work under our agency brand?

Yes. Attribution and client-facing visibility are agreed before work begins. We do not present client work publicly without the permissions agreed for that project.

Can you communicate directly with our client?

Yes, or we can work entirely through your project lead. The communication model, meeting ownership and escalation path are defined for each engagement.

Do you sign NDAs?

We can review and sign an appropriate NDA before receiving confidential project access. Confidentiality and portfolio attribution are treated as separate decisions.

How is scope reviewed?

We agree on deliverables, dependencies, acceptance checks and the person responsible for approval before implementation. Changes outside that scope are discussed before work continues.

What is included in handover?

Handover can include repository changes, implementation notes, deployment details and a walkthrough for the team taking ownership. The required format is agreed as part of the scope.
